Cancellation Policy

NOTES FROM SL – Sri Lanka

At NOTES FROM SL, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Tour & Travel Package Cancellations

• More than 14 days before travel date
  → Full refund (excluding bank/transfer charges)
• 7–14 days before travel date
  → 50% of the total package cost will be refunded
• 3–6 days before travel date
  → 25% refund of the total package cost
• Less than 72 hours before travel date / No-show
  → No refund will be provided

Hotel & Third-Party Services

• Hotel bookings, train tickets, safari tickets, flights, and other third-party services are subject to their own cancellation policies.
• Any non-refundable charges imposed by hotels or suppliers will be deducted from the refund.

Force Majeure

• In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen events beyond our control, refunds will depend on suppliers' policies.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
