By booking with NOTES FROM SL, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payments

• Advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
• Prices are quoted in LKR / USD and are subject to availability.
• Any changes in government taxes may affect prices.

Travel Documents

• Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
• NOTES FROM SL is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

Changes to Itinerary

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or unavoidable circumstances.
• Any changes will be made in the best interest of travelers.

Client Responsibilities

• Travelers must follow local laws, customs, and safety guidelines in Sri Lanka.
• Any damage caused to hotels, vehicles, or property will be charged directly to the client.

Liability

• NOTES FROM SL acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers.
• We are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, delays, or cancellations caused by third parties.

Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal loss.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
